D3A2 Assessment Item Request URI Format
Business Case
The D3A2 business intelligence (BI) system that provides Item Analysis services to districts requires a direct method to request a representation of an assessment item from the D3A2 content repository.
Proposed Solution
Assessment items will be tagged in the content repository with metadata elements identifying what test the item was used on and the standard it was aligned to. This information can be constructed into a URN as described below. The BI system can use this URN as a search key when making a request to the content repository.

Note! We've increased the embedded grade level to a two-digit value. Also, OGT is is (almost?) always administered in the 10th grade, so we specify that value explicitly in the test code.
